R-3580 lubricating oil, cutting oil and spray oil

PRODUCT DEFINITION
The R-3580 lubricating oil, cutting oil and spray oil is a synthetic multi purpose lubricant on
ester basis for machining, HSC milling and non-cutting shaping. To be applied by spraying on
metal band saws and metal circular saws as ideal lubrication leading to very long life time of
band saws.   
 
In  connection  with  follow-on  tools  in  industrial  stamping  processes  it  is  possible  to  use  R-3580  for  thread  cutting  and  thread  forming.  Besides,  the  EP  oil  R-3580  is  well-suited  for production processes like pressing, swaging, thread cutting and thread forming.
 
CHARACTERISTICS
The  oil  can  be  easily  pumped  due  to  its  low  viscosity.  By  adding  special  raw  materials  the high-pressure oil develops very little mist and can also be used for machining operations like turning,  milling,  sawing  and  thread  cutting  of  steel,  stainless  steel,  aluminum  and  brass without causing stains.
