PRODUCT DEFINITION
 
The cooling lubricant is a water-soluble, part-synthetic EP cooling lubricant with low mineral oil content.  The  product  combines  an  excellent  cooling  and  rinsing  effect with good lubrication properties.  Thus,  a  wide  spectrum  of  machining  operations  can  be  covered  by  only  one product.

APPLICATION
 
Mixing is performed by slowly adding into drinking water under simultaneously stirring or by means of automatic stirrer equipment.

Machining of aluminum alloys                                               from 5 %
Grinding of steel                                                                       from 4 %
 
 
DETERMINATION OF CONCENTRATION
 
Concentration control of the emulsion can be performed by hand fractometer.
