0803006 is a detergent with corrosion protection for the accurate and quick removal of impurities on machine tools as well as in the cool reservoirs and conduits due to involvement by microorganisms.
By means of the intense cleaning efficiency (net effect) of the system cleaner dirt, mold, fungi and yeast co-lonies are detached from the subsurface also at inaccessible places and flushed out with the used emulsion /used dissolution.
The high concentration of corrosion preventives affects spontaneously alkalescent and protects machines and workpieces against corrosion during the exposure time.

APPLICATION

The system cleaner is added premixed to the used emulsion / dissolution approx. 8 to 48 hours before pum-ping off. During this period you can continue to produce.
0,5 - 1,5 % (calculated on the circulating emulsion resp. dissolution) for all cutting machines
0,2 - 0,5 % (calculated on the circulating emulsion resp. dissolution) for all grinding machines)
Then the used emulsion / dissolution can be pumped off. After exhausting the coolant reservoirs it is advisable to rinse with a 2 to 3 % abrasive or emulsion for preservation of the corrosion protection and the removal of all surfactants, which could cause formation of foam. Then the reservoirs can be filled again.
