High performance coolant

PRODUCT DEFINITION
 A-0807655  is  a  semi-synthetic, mineral  oil  emulsive, bactericide- and chlorine-free EP-coolant for the cutting metal processing of steel, malleable iron and aluminium alloys.  
A-0807655 is applicable for machining and grinding operations. Due to the mineral oil portion the product corresponds to the requirements of the respective machine tool manufacturer.
 
APPLICATION
Mixing  is  effected  by  slow  pouring  into  drinking  water  or  sterile  industrial  waters  with
simultaneous stirring or by means of automatic mixing appartuses.

DETERMINATION OF CONCENTRATIONS
The concentration control of the emulsion can be effected with a hand refractometer.
